How quickly can you turn around laundry services?
A: Turnaround time depends on the quantity of laundry. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, but larger loads may take a bit longer.
For urgent needs, we do offer express service within 6 hours, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm timing.
Do you offer ironing or pressing services?
A: Yes! Our premium laundry service includes steaming, pressing, and professional stain removal. This is ideal for uniforms, formal wear, guest garments, and linens that require a flawless finish.
What happens if something goes missing or gets damaged?
A: We take great care with every item. In the rare event of a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
How do I pay for the service?
A: We accept cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment options. For yacht clients, we can also provide invoices for management companies or agencies.
